These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Migrainely ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the app
Migrainely helps you track migraine and headache episodes, discover triggers, and find patterns in your condition. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality.
- Abuse the service by submitting excessive or automated requests.
- Share your account credentials with others.
2. Medical disclaimer
Migrainely is a tracking and logging tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. The pattern analysis and trigger insights are based solely on the data you enter and should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions.
3. Accounts
You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.
4. User-entered data
All migraine data in Migrainely is entered manually by you. We do not verify the accuracy of headache types, intensity ratings, triggers, or other information you provide. You are responsible for keeping your entries accurate. Pattern analysis and statistics are based on the data you enter.
5. Free and Premium plans
Migrainely offers a free tier with daily logging and 30-day history, and a Premium subscription ($3.99/month) with full history, trigger-pattern analysis, and the neurologist-export PDF.
- Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
6. Intellectual property
Migrainely and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. Your health data remains yours.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Migrainely is a tracking tool and does not guarantee the accuracy of pattern analysis, trigger identification, or any health-related insights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health decisions made based on app data.
9. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
